I’ve had a good experience staying at Nomads Smart Living managed by Nagesh. The houses are clean, and professionally managed. Nagesh is approachable and tries to accommodate different needs. I’ve had a great experience with Nomads Smart Living. The house they provided is very comfortable, well-maintained, and perfect for a hassle-free living experience. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as described, which made settling in very easy.

I’ve used Nomad Living Parramatta a few times now and have always had a really positive experience. The accommodation is well managed, and the whole process has always been smooth and professional.
Nagesh is especially great to deal with. He’s very friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the people staying there. It never feels transactional — he takes the time to listen and makes sure things are comfortable for guests, always putting customers’ interests first.
On a few occasions I asked if a deep clean could be arranged, and he happily accommodated the request without any hesitation. That kind of responsiveness and willingness to help really makes a difference.
